We had a wonderful experience with Lawrence and Chris refinishing our floors. Not only did Their work meet my expectation but it went above and beyond. Lawrence is incredibly knowledgeable in and passionate about what he does. He will be upfront with you on what’s the best finish for your particular floors, even if it means he makes less on it. He will provide you with the best suggestions, his prices were good and fair, his work was superb and meticulous, and he goes above and beyond to make sure you’re absolutely satisfied with the work before he leaves. Even taught me how to care for my floors. He has a pretty long warranty on his work as well. I’ve had a few other professionals in other trades comment on how beautiful my floors were already. I would use them again if I had any other floors to refinish and I would definitely recommend him to others.

While many people believe it may be haunted, the 1893 Railway Station housed a very busy Keg Steakhouse restaurant for four decades before it closed in 2013. When Kelly O’Bryan’s Restaurants and Carlos O’Bryan’s Pubs opened in 2017, we proudly repaired and refinished the flooring of this cozy location, a New Westminster treasure.
Our customer in Horshoe Bay wanted to extend their old fir floor into a sunroom. We installed all new subflooring and sourced some used wood for their flooring. We installed, sanded and finished with natural color oil modified urethane floor finish.
Our client removed a wall, and we repaired this 1950’s stripping. We replaced the subfloor and installed new flooring. We then sanded and refinished with natural oil urethane. No one could tell that there was a wall there.
